1010_Week 2: Character

Character Profile _ Spotty

I decided to go with my first What If from last week.
"What if your best friend is a salamander, but it turns into an inanimate stuffed animal after you started to make new friends and find your love one?"

- The character’s name is Spotty, he’s a salamander.
- On the outside, he has a pair of bulging eyes, red cheeks, a curvy tail, and a black suede skin. He always keeps an innocent smile, because he believes that smile is a curve that sets everything straight (from Phillis Diller). Since he does not like to move a lot, he’s not easily noticeable, but he loves using his nimble toes to scratch his back when he’s analyzing something.
- On the inside, he is quiet, quick-witted, and observant at first. He can spend hours watching people and learn from surrounding. Once he bonds with you, he becomes talkative and definitely a good listener. He likes to be understood by someone he cares a lot and make you the center of his life.
- What he wants most is staying by your side and be your only best friend “eternally.”
- What stops him from getting what he want is mortality, and you starts to develop your interpersonal relationship and become a grown-up.
- What he needs to learn is accepting the truth that nothing lasts forever, especially when it comes to animal and human’s life expectancy. He also needs to realize that you as a human being, have your own life to struggle with.

1003_Week 1: What if...

What if ... ?

- What if your best friend is a salamander, but it turns into an inanimate stuffed animal after you started to make new friends and find your love one?

- What if everyone perceive the world in a different color, some could be all green, other could be all pink, and you will need to turn into the same color as the people you like, in order to be friend with them?

- What if we can separate our consciousness from our body, and have a bird eye view of the situation anytime and anywhere?
